   Get a Library Card
About Edmonton Public Library > Get a Library Card

Residents of the City of Edmonton may obtain a library card from any branch, with identification. You must have documentation showing your current home address to get a library card. Those under 18 years of age need a parent or guarantor to sign the registration form, and to assume the legal responsibility for materials borrowed from the Library.

Please present your library card when borrowing materials. Contact the Library immediately if you lose your card so that others may not use it illegally. Please also notify the Library of changes of address. You may use your library card at any branch of the Edmonton Public Library.
