One of my favourite moments from this year was the entirety March 17th. I spent the whole day with members of the Capital City Press team and Kate Boorman, our writer in residence, as we discussed and debated which pieces should make it into the 2023 Capital City Press Anthology. We spent almost 7 hours engaging in some of the best discussion I've had about local writing. Then we got to put forth and share all this incredible writing with our customers and colleagues. Seeing something come to fruition like this anthology was such a joy.

Just wanted to express what a blessing the library programs have been for our family, we make good friends, and the songs and riddles are so much fun for the kids, we can't wait to have the programs back like the spring break ones, and sing sign laugh and learn.

I am a handicapped senior citizen, and I don't know much about email and computers. I needed to send off a job application to apply for a caretaker job. The staff helped me so much with computers and emails. They are so smart and helpful with all I had to do. Thank you for having people like this work here.

This library remains one of my fav places to take the kids. They have absolutely met and chatted with some interesting, vibrant characters but the people in that library are empathetic, compassionate and genuinely kind. A place my kids feel accepted and seen. Glad this exists.

We just discovered the summer starts program this year and we've loved it! Good variety and the opportunity to get out of the house. Todd at Londonderry and McConachie was AMAZING leading programs and interacting with the kids.
