About Mansur

Mansur Bitar is a Professional Engineer with a Master of Business Administration and is a Project Management Professional. He is currently the Director, Energy Services at EPCOR Utilities Inc. with over 22 years of experience in the field of engineering and public utility works, with a primary focus on construction, risk management, design, and operations. Mansur has worked in a variety of capacities, with a proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams in the successful delivery of various projects. 

Mansur has a strong background in community engagement and has worked for many years in various volunteer capacities, such as leading the EPCOR United Way Campaign, as well as serving on the Boys & Girls Clubs Big Brothers Big Sisters (BGCBigs) Board of Directors. As a parent of school-aged children, Mansur has a deep understanding of the importance of public libraries in our communities and the role they play in providing access to information, knowledge and learning opportunities for all members of the community. During his spare time, he enjoys cycling, skiing, running and spending time with his family.
