How It Works

Gather your colleagues and book an interactive session in EPL's The Kitchen that boosts your cooking skills while supporting various EPL initiatives.

Amara Yamamoto is a passionate baker who began her journey at 13 in Edmonton, selling pies to family and friends. She attended Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, honing her skills in pastry, chocolate, bread, and sugar sculpting, and interned at a Michelin-starred restaurant. Amara expanded her expertise at the San Francisco Baking Institute. Since returning to Edmonton in 2011, she has thrived in the food scene, running a successful catering business and teaching French pastry classes at the Edmonton Public Library and online.
