EPL is one of 40 organizations across the country to be named one of Canada’s Most Admired™ Corporate Cultures, opens a new window for 2018 by Waterstone Human Capital. The first public library to receive the award, EPL won in the Broader Public Sector category. Submissions were scored in six areas: vision and leadership, recruitment and hiring for fit, cultural alignment and measurement, retention, rewards and recognition, organizational performance, and corporate social responsibility.
